This high-energy program requires participants to adopt the "MacGyver" approach
to creative problem solving (when resources may include only a roll of duct tape and a bar of chocolate), testing their ingenuity in planning, strategizing, and out-of-
the-box thinking. Requiring your team to find innovative solutions to a number of
in-depth initiatives will challenge their brains, not to mention their laugh meters,
while enhancing analytical, collaboration, and communication competencies that
can be transferred immediately back to the workplace.
