Conflict is inevitable, and despite how many of us feel about it, conflict is not always
a bad thing. This program will help participants become aware of how they and others perceive and deal with conflict, while gaining tools and techniques for
increasing collaboration, resolving disputes, and ultimately finding win/win resolutions to workplace conflicts. This program will also feature diversity activities that foster the inclusion of traditionally under-represented groups. Topics in this program include:

     Recognizing others' points of view

     Methods to resolve and diminish conflict

     Creating consensus

     Getting to win-win through collaboration

     Diversity awareness
